Donuts are a popular food. The shape is round and has a hole in the center, making donuts easy to spot. Donut toppings also vary. Some only use powdered sugar, some use grated cheese, even melted chocolate.
If you make the donuts yourself, you can add any toppings you like. Here are some donut recipes that you can try at home.
Soft donuts with a luxurious dish
Material you need:
50 grams of powdered milk
1 tablespoon butter
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 egg yolks
1 tbsp instant yeast
75 grams of sugar
300 gr high protein flour
100 gr steamed potato (puree and chill)
100 ml warm water / cold water (can be more or less)
Toping:
Dark Chohlate Cooking to taste
White Chocolate to taste
Food coloring to taste
Butter to taste
Meses Color to taste
Fried Peanuts to taste
Almonds to taste
How to make:
Mix flour, sugar, powdered milk, instant yeast, mix well. Then add the
mashed potatoes, pour the egg and cold water / warm water, knead until
smooth and half smooth.
Add butter and salt, knead until smooth
elastic. Let stand for 15 minutes. Take the dough, grind about 1-1.5 cm
thin. Remove and turn the dough. Grind back slowly.
Use a donut
mold to form a hollow donut in the center. Remove slowly and transfer to
a flat mat that has been sprinkled with flour. Do it for all the dough
until it runs out. Wait for the dough to expand 2x as much.
When
it expands, prepare cooking oil (solid oil if possible) in a pan. Use
cooking oil 1/2 or 3/4 of the surface of the pan for the amount of oil.
Turn on the stove over low heat, then fry the donuts when the oil is
warm.
Remove and drain. Sprinkle sugar on the donuts, or can be
decorated with chocolate (or to taste). To garnish with chocolate, melt
Dark Chocolate Cooking (can add a little margarine). Let the DCC melt
for a while and it's not too runny. then dip the donuts into melted DCC,
remove and drain for a while, remove from heat and turn. Donuts layered
with melted DCC can be decorated again with sprinkles according to
taste. The donuts are ready to serve.
