Having a high and ideal posture is the dream of many people. Both men and women, both want to have an ideal body posture. Height is one measure that can increase a person's confidence. In general, the body will experience rapid height growth between the ages of 15 and 19 years. After entering the age of 20 years, increasing height becomes quite difficult to do. However, this understanding turns out to be wrong because you can still increase your height even though you are 20 years old.

Genetic factor is one of the factors that affect a person's height. But you can actually increase your height by having the right tactics and ways to raise your body. Here's how to naturally elevate the body.

1.      Movement of Stretching Hands Straight Up

The first way to naturally elevate the body that is easy to do at home is by stretching the arms straight up, which functions to flex the bones of the movement and improve posture.

This movement triggers the bones to stretch and narrow. This stretch is also great for stretching the body. How to raise the body with this movement is very easy to practice. How:

               Place your palms together, bend them, then push them up.

               Straighten while stretching, preferably done while on tiptoes.

               Hold 1-5 minutes then relax. Repeat the movement up to 15 times

Stand on the floor with your legs straight at shoulder level.

Perform this movement alternating left and right legs, each 10 times for 2-3 minutes.
